Information we collect

When you book a class, contact us or request a group class, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and course details.

How we use it

• To schedule and manage your class booking
• To send confirmations, reminders, class information and follow-up messages
• To issue and track your American Heart Association certification
• To respond to your questions and requests

Payments and bookings

Class bookings are handled by TidyCal and card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pulse CPR does not receive or store your full payment card details. Their handling of your information is described in the TidyCal Privacy Policy and the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Certification records

To issue your course completion card, your name and contact information are shared with the American Heart Association and our AHA Training Center as required for AHA eCard issuance and record keeping.

Website forms

Messages sent through our website forms are delivered to our email inbox. We use them only to respond to you.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors found us and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device type, browser and approximate location. It does not give us your name or contact details. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or when required by law.
