Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Pulse CPR understands that plans can change. Customers may cancel or request to reschedule their class up to 1 hour before the scheduled class start time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class are subject to our no-refund policy.

Once the 1-hour cancellation/rescheduling deadline has passed, the payment is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be guaranteed for another class date.

Pulse CPR reserves the right to make exceptions at its discretion in unusual circumstances.
